There are different ways to experience our artisan chocolate. Come on into the Factory for a chocolate tasting any day between 10am - 5pm. We will give you an insight into bean to bar chocolate making, talk you through our single origin varieties and show you a real cacao pod.
Our Chocolate Makers Simeon and Timo are most likely making chocolate. This process involves sorting and roasting, cracking and winnowing, refine and conch, temper and mould and hand packing.
